The Health and Social Care Staff Experience Report 2017 presents the 2017 national iMatter results together with national Dignity at Work Survey results.
iMatter provides an academically validated team-based tool for measuring employee engagement levels leading to the development of action plans to deliver improvements.
The Dignity at Work Survey which ran from 6-27 November 2017 covered areas not deemed suitable for inclusion in the current iMatter questionnaire process and subsequent team reports and discussions.
Given integration policy the Dignity at Work Survey and iMatter have been made available to local authority staff in HSCPs where the HSCP chose to participate.
Organisations are encouraged to take action on the results and consider the team stories within the national report which offer shared learning. Actions for improvement will feed into Board's Staff Governance Monitoring process.
